Return Policy

At Aura Thangka, we offer two categories of thangka artworks: Hand‑crafted Artisan Thangkas (Unique Hand‑painted Pieces) and Premium Printed Thangka Replicas. Different return regulations apply based on product nature:

1. Hand‑crafted Artisan Thangkas (100% Hand‑painted Unique Works)
Each hand‑painted thangka is an exclusive spiritual artwork, hand‑made by experienced artists with natural mineral pigments. Every piece is one‑of‑a‑kind with unique brush textures and color nuances.

No returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Minor handmade imperfections, natural stroke variations and slight color differences are inherent artistic features of hand‑crafted pieces and not considered defects. We do not accept returns or exchanges for handmade thangkas due to personal preference, change of mind or subjective perceived flaws.

2. Premium Printed Thangka Replicas
For our high‑quality printed thangka replicas:

• Returns are permitted only for obvious manufacturing defects, damage or quality issues from production or delivery.
• You must contact our customer service and provide clear photos or videos of defects within 3 working days upon receipt of your order. Returns will be processed only after our review and confirmation.
  Returns due to personal preference, change of mind or normal printing texture differences will not be accepted.
• Exchange service is not available for printed replicas.

3. Return Shipping Fee
If a return is approved for defective printed replicas, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all unapproved return requests, the customer shall bear all shipping expenses.
